§ 20.001. ORGANIZATION

Latest version.

(A) The city shall be organized and governed under the Mayor-Council plan of government as provided in KRS 83A.130.
(B) The government shall be composed of an elected executive who shall be called Mayor and an elected legislative body which shall be called the City Council, and of such other officers and employees as are provided under this code.
(C) The City Council shall be composed of six (6) members.
