§ 41.002. CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION REQUIRED

(A) All sidewalks shall be completed within twelve (12) months from the date of approval by the city of the final plat or the date of recording of the plat at the County Clerk’s office, whichever comes first.
(B) All required sidewalks shall be constructed and finished prior to occupancy of any building on the lot. No occupancy permit shall be issued for a building unless the sidewalk is completed and approved by the City Engineer.
